Wow Lee what a stunning wood shot and I don't know if it is just me but there seems no place to comment on the sky shots so I will do it here. Absolutely brilliant photos Lee and yes what a sad thing they tore down those trees. You honestly wonder what the world is coming too when everything that is beautiful in nature has to make way for progress. Anyway also popping in to say hi.....so hi and hope you and your family are doing well. Hugs Chris xo

I love that wood shot - so dramatic in its simplicity, but subtly complex in the way you've focused on a spot neither centered nor quite at the edge. Very impressive.

I was thinking of joining the Thematic Photography crew this week but as I was shooting the wood just wasn't speaking to me and I ended up with this instead.

Love it that you've joined up with the Thematic Photography Lee - it's such fun. I think your photo is great - to me it looks like it's bending and has a lot of movement. Fascinating.

stunning wood shot Lee... seriously think that I might need to start with these photo blog things too ;).
Love the shoe video too... and as for blend modes LOVE them, but the one thing I dont' like about this mac (SHOCK HORROR!!!!!) is that I can't seem to get my blend mode menu to do that.. used it all the time when using windows and I miss it :(....
Ok have just done a super quick google and found that if you hold the shift and + or - key it will scroll though the modes too... although it does apply them and fill up the history state....
